The Perfect Microsoft Windows

While in India, several of the Indian Kewaunee associates used the notebooks above. It's hard to miss the logo here. I figure Microsoft finally came up with the perfect version of it's Windows platform. This version will never crash. It has word-processing, drawing capabilities, and even spreadsheet capabilities to name a few. Take this baby to the library and you have access to much of what you can find on the Internet.

Math functions are pretty extreme too. Not only can you do the simple stuff like adding and subtracting, but algebra, trig and geometry are a breeze. But this thing can also handle advanced calculus as well as handle the most advanced scientific data.

As for it's physical requirements: It's affordable. It's fully mobile and doesn't require a power connection or have batteries that go dead or go bad. No upgrades are required. Boot up time is incredibly fast. Merely open it and it's ready to go. When the memory is full, simply buy another one at the same low rate. Best of all, it's impervious to all viruses and the operating system never has to be reloaded. No costly maintenance or installations are required.

The only accouterments sold seperately that you will need to purchase are writing implements: any pens, pencils, etc., according to your needs.

And what about specialty programs? You can paste photos on any page or document therein. You can scrapbook to your hearts desire. You can produce documents in any format with any font you desire without having to learn any complex menu commands or go through difficult to search help files. You can do drafting without expensive CAD programs. You may question whether you can listen to your favorite music. Just hum. Any tune is possible while you use this version of Windows.

Perhaps the only drawback is there are no means for watching videos. Sorry, you have to turn on the TV for that or go to the movies. You can do video editing with the capability to edit individual frames, however. Just produce each frame on a different page and flip through them. You'll be amazed. You can speed up the action, slow it down, pause it, etc., all without coming close to crashing the system.

You may wonder about social networking. It's incredible! You can visit your friends or call them on the phone and exchange notes, photos, memories and current status in person!!

Well, that's it. Microsoft has outdone themselves this time.

So.... I think you may be writing me right now.... but I'm really bored- so I'll write you again. I am watchting Sarah Plain and Tall. Have you ever seen it? I'm trying to get up the will to go do the dishes... but I don't really feel like it. Joanne has made me mad enough that I don't really care if she sees the house a wreck tomorrow!

Speaking of tomorrow- I have the day off. I'm excited to go to church! I feel like I haven't been in forever- even though I was just there a couple of weeks ago... it's wierd how no church or Bible study for one week can throw a person off.

Well- I'm thinking that I want the dishes done for my sake... Have a great night!

First things first- Kath is doing really well at her store. The store is still standing! She's ha

ok- as I was saying before I was interupted... She's having a rough go of it with life- I'm hoping she'll see Christ in me through this!

Ok- as for Sarah P and T. It's a great family movie series- I watched it in 5th grade... (I recorded them off the Hallmark channel) It's about a man in the west who is trying to raise his 2 young kids alone- and he has a woman brought in from Maine... fall in love- yadayadayada :)

As for the Ava era- I really miss writing you all day too- but this is still way better than when you were in India :)

Well- I have dishes to do- and get ready for church! Have a great day- I won't be back on until later tonight- going to Maddies house in Albany.

And folks wonder why our jobs keep getting outsourced there.  Because of their constant drive to be on the cutting edge of technology.

The irony is that by mentioning Microsoft in your posting, the automatic ad's feature of Xanga added Microsoft ads to your page. I am convinced that computers have added little or no net benefit to our lives.

ThinkingForDummies,

Yeah, outsourcing is troubling. The good news is that we're not outsourcing anything here. The new plant that we're setting up in India is for growing sales in that region of the world.

PaPaTevia,

That's hilarious! I still use an ad blocking program, so I haven't noticed the ads. Well, computers are a tool like any other. They're not intrinsically good or evil. Their only value is in whether we use them to the glory of God or to our destruction.

Oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited... I'm actually still waiting it up for a little more. I'm hoping Joanne will come around- but it's nice to know that I have a plan if needed!!! (she will have her shots... we are in the middle of them now- gotta wait a few more days for her second round. She's still to young to spay- and to young for nails....)

I have the next 2 days off- so I'll talk to you tomorrow- I'm going to bed! Have a great night!

Hi! I spent the day up in SL- it was so much fun... perhaps I'll upload pictures later! I saw 3 friends from high school- 2 of which got married in the past 2 years... so I got to meet the husbands.

Hi! Wow- I would have sworn that I've written you in the past 4 days... SORRY!

So- Raisin- yeah he's the small dog- the Yorkie. He seems to be doing a little better. Last weekend he couldn't even walk now he's going upstairs to find me in bed....

Last night I went to my first Night club... with Kath and her boyfriend. It was fun- it was country night... so they did old country songs that I knew... and unfortunatly I know the new ones too because that's all they play at work.......

Well- I have to eat lunch at this ongodly hour, because I have to go to work at noon... even though I'm a dead woman walking.

Have a great day!

Hi Jim! I was so excited to see "13" on my comments... and then I told myself it wasn't you... and then I was excited to see it was you! I'm so glad you made it to London safely! So- how is the weather there? Cold, wet, hot, dry??? Today is the 4th day of sun in a row- not to say there's been no rain, because there has- but we've seen sun and blue sky too!!! I'm excited about that! I'm hoping for a hot, sunny day on Wednesday (my day off).

Good news! Holly is bringing her family (AVA) up here for a visit next week. I can't wait to see the girls- they've gotten so big- I'm sure. Ava will be 3 in September... and Abby is 1 1/2 years old.... hmm- I'm so old! (hahaha)

Well- I gotta go to bed. Have a great day! Thanks for making my night!

Hi! Moving is going ok. Have I ever told you how much I hate moving??? I have the majority of my stuff over there, and tomorrow Kath is coming and we are going to move the couch and my bed- and hopefully the last few odds and ends... (except my suitcase and cat and her food and litter...)  I will be there on either Fri or Sat...

You know- I'm not that upset about living by myself anymore... I have a cute little place, and I'll have Twitch... I think I can manage for a year. Perhaps I'll get caught up in all my scrapbooks... seeing as I won't have Cable to distract me.... or internet for that matter!  Did you see the pics of my place on FB?

Good Morning! I do text- so I'll make sure to grab the address and take it with me!!! :)

As for moving in- we got a lot done yesterday- but learned that my boxspring and couch won't fit up the stpairs- so the boxspring is going to the dump and the couch is going to be taken apart and then brought over in pieces....

Well- I better get a move on... or I'll be late for work. It's hot and humid here- so it's hard to want to move...

Hello! My new apartment is very quiet and boring- I've been crying a lot- out of boredom and emotion of not having a all time best friend. Today is a beautiful sunny day, and R is wanting to go- even though she's tired....

I love the picture of your kitten!!! She's so cute!!!! Twitch is having a really hard time with this move. She's crying a lot- and very clingy- which is fine with me! It just breaks my heart that she cries when i walk out the door....

Do you have texting? I have free unlimited texting- and I was thinking that might be easier than texting an e-mail..... but if not that's fine too!

Well- I'm off to find a pool in the new town I'm living in- I've heard there's a public one :)

Have a great day!

Twitch is doing better today when I leave, she's not crying as much. R came over and she was so excited to see her :)

Well- Have a great night... I don't know when I'll be back on here... but I just sent you a text... :) You'll be a pro within a few weeks!!!

yeah- texting is good when there is no internet... but typing is so much faster :)

That's cute about "the Cat and the Hat"!!!

R is up at her mom's house for a few days so I'm at the house watching her dogs and my cat... it's kinda like old times except my stuff isn't here... which is weird and annoying... but I'm loving the internet and tv! Especially since my shows are on all 3 nights.... the only down side is the dog pee all over. I wish she'd just put Raisin down... I'm getting really annoyed!

Speaking of annoyances... I'm watching a Sonic commercial right now- and we don't even have Sonic here in the north............ What's up with that?!?
